1. Introduction

Welcome to Learnflux, accessible via learnflux.click. These terms define your use of our platform and offerings. By accessing our content and scheduling services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Platform Services

Learnflux provides skill training sessions, workshops, and personalized coaching services (Services).

3. Information Products

We offer self paced digital materials, including video tutorials and learning guides (Information Products).

4. Physical Goods

We may sell branded merchandise and printed manuals (Goods).

5. Fees and Refunds

5.1 Services

Fees are due at the time of scheduling. If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. You may reschedule a session once at no additional cost by contacting us at least 3 days prior to the session date. Certain one-on-one coaching sessions are non refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. This policy is noted at the time of purchase.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be eligible for a refund if you request one within 7 calendar days of purchase and have accessed less than 10 percent of the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unopened Goods may be sent back within 30 calendar days of receipt. Contact us to obtain an authorization. Goods must be in original packaging and in good condition. Once we confirm receipt and inspect the Goods, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are at your expense.

6. Modifications to Offerings

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service, Information Product, or Good without prior notice. If significant changes occur, we will notify you and you may be eligible for a full refund for that specific item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Learnflux are our property. You may not copy or distribute any portion without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Singapore.
